Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator - UAE National (Emiratisation)

General Overview: We are hiring for our client, a leading organization, for an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator. Key Responsibilities: Ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery in line with customer expectations Monitor shipments from origin and coordinate with Logistics Service Providers for timely execution Resolve logistics issues and transactional failures within the material flow process Align logistics capabilities with special shipment requirements Maintain accurate logistics data and ensure correct cost allocation and charges Oversee shipment creation, transport arrangements, and loading compliance Approve and book logistics costs in SAP and manage minor claims processes Communicate special delivery requirements and coordinate with alternative carriers when required Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day logistics operations Key Requirements: Emirati with FamiIy Book (Emiratisation role – mandatory) Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, or a related field (mandatory) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Strong understanding of process optimization, material flow, and operational efficiency principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP or similar systems Strong communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
