Quality Inspector

IntelliPro Group is looking for an OQC Quality Inspector to support quality control activities for finished products at our client's manufacturing operations in Mesquite, Texas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outgoing quality inspections, supporting shipment control, verifying corrective actions, and working closely with production and quality teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

This role is well suited for someone with hands-on experience in quality inspection, manufacturing environments, measurement tools, and quality improvement activities.

• →Conduct sampling inspections of finished products to ensure product quality meets customer requirements and established quality standards.
• →Manage the shipment control system and analyze, track, and follow up on the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• →Ensure inspection equipment and measurement instruments meet required specifications and are properly maintained and used.
• →Verify corrective actions related to customer complaints and drive and follow up on problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
• →Drive and follow up on corrective actions for quality issues identified by OQC within the production workshop.
• →Work with responsible departments to ensure identified quality issues are addressed and effective corrective actions are implemented.
• →Develop and implement an annual training plan for employees within the module/production area.
• →Organize quality-related training sessions and conduct relevant assessments to ensure employees understand applicable quality requirements and procedures.
• →Maintain appropriate quality inspection records and documentation.
• →Communicate quality concerns and inspection findings to relevant production and quality team members.
• →Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality, inspection processes, and production operations.
• →Perform other quality-related tasks and duties assigned by the supervisor.

Candidates should be able to communicate effectively in English.

Spanish and/or Chinese language skills are considered an asset.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional education or training in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is an asset.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality inspection, quality control, manufacturing quality, or a related field.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Experience with outgoing quality control (OQC), finished-product inspection, or shipment quality inspection is an asset.

• Proficient in using inspection and measurement instruments such as:
  • Micrometers
  • Vernier calipers
  • Point gauges
  • Other standard quality inspection and measurement equipment
• Ability to understand and follow inspection specifications, quality requirements, and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other commonly used office software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document inspection results and quality issues.
