Warehouse Associate in Mesquite

IntelliPro Group is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to support daily warehouse and production operations in Mesquite, Texas.

The successful candidate will assist with receiving, handling, organizing, storing, and preparing materials and products while following established safety, quality, and operational procedures.

This role is well suited for someone who is dependable, physically capable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.

• →Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials, products, and supplies.
• →Load and unload materials and products safely and efficiently.
• →Move materials between designated warehouse, production, and storage areas.
• →Pick, pack, label, and prepare products or materials for shipment.
• →Verify quantities, product information, labels, and documentation during receiving and shipping activities.
• →Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
• →Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas to ensure materials are properly identified and easily accessible.
• →Follow established procedures for material handling, storage, packaging, and shipment preparation.
• →Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
• →Operate warehouse equipment and material-handling tools in accordance with training and safety procedures.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• →Follow all company health, safety, quality, and operational policies.
• →Identify and report damaged materials, products, equipment, or unsafe working conditions to the supervisor.
• →Work closely with warehouse, production, quality, and other operational teams to support daily activities.
• →Assist with other warehouse or production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required for the position.
• Ability to perform repetitive warehouse and material-handling activities.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to safely perform assigned duties with appropriate personal protective equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Relevant warehouse, manufacturing, or material-handling experience may be considered in place of formal education.

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, logistics, or material-handling experience is preferred.
• Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Experience using warehouse equipment or inventory systems is an asset.

• Basic ability to read and understand work instructions, labels, shipping documents, and inventory information.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or warehouse/inventory systems is an asset.
• Ability to accurately count, identify, label, and organize materials and products.
• Forklift or other material-handling equipment experience/certification is an asset where applicable.

• Work will be performed in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment in Mesquite, Texas.
• Rotating shifts may be required based on operational requirements.
• Overtime or extended hours may occasionally be required.
• The position may involve working around machinery, warehouse equipment, production areas, and moving materials.
• Employees are expected to follow all applicable safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
