Intent HQ is unique because we've focused on understanding customer interaction data. We do the hard-specialised work leaving our clients free to focus on integrating the insight into their business, with one Client seeing an additional £26m annual revenue as a result of using our products and services.

Qualifications & Skills
Essential
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

• Demonstrable experience in a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager role

• Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS or UK GAAP)

• Experience leading and developing a finance team

• Close attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams to tight

deadlines

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable

• Experience in a high-growth, scale-up, or technology-led business

• Familiarity with modern finance tooling and automation

• Exposure to procurement or vendor governance frameworks

• Experience working alongside or driving finance transformation programmes
