The Program Management, Lead will report to the Head - T&O Payments. The Program Management, Lead will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs and initiatives within Interac. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, drive operational efficiency, and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership abilities, strong project and program management skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field;
- →PMP certification required
- →PgMP certification or others considered an asset.
- →Proven experience as a program manager, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience managing complex programs and initiatives, from initiation to closure.
- →Experience managing multiple vendors and delivery partners across complex technology transformation programs.
- →Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- →Excellent leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a matrixed organization.
- →Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
- →Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively and develop creative solutions.
- →Experience with program management tools and methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile, Scrum, Kanban), and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
- →Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines effectively.
- →Strong commitment to quality, excellence, and continuous improvement, with a passion for driving operational excellence and delivering value to stakeholders.
- →Must be eligible to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a Full Time Capacity
The hiring range for this position is $135,000 - $175,000, and you will also be eligible for our short-term incentive plan. The exact amount will depend on factors such as skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, but Interac’s commitment goes beyond compensation.
