Fin is the AI Customer Agent company on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.

Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey – from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk for one single system that is designed to meet the needs of modern day support teams.

Founded in 2011, Fin became one of the fastest growing companies and remains one of the largest private software companies in the world with nearly 30,000 global businesses using our products to transform their customer support. Driven by our core values, we push boundaries, build with speed and intensity, and relentlessly deliver incredible value to our customers.

We're looking for an Events Producer to help deliver Intercom's most important brand events across North America and Europe. You'll join a small, high-performing team that creates memorable experiences showcasing Fin's product innovation and Intercom's leadership in AI.

In this role, you'll partner closely with senior producers to bring events to life—from planning through onsite execution. You'll own key workstreams, collaborate across Marketing and GTM teams, and help deliver exceptional experiences that drive both brand awareness and business impact.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving logistical puzzles, and is eager to grow their event production expertise while working on high-profile programs.

  • Produce and execute Intercom's brand events, including hosted experiences, product launches, conferences, and pop-ups
  • Own event planning and execution across assigned workstreams, including venue coordination, vendor management, budgets, production logistics, and run of show
  • Support the delivery of hybrid events with both in-person and livestream experiences
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Communications, Sales, Customer Success, and R&D teams
  • Coordinate with production vendors and agency partners to ensure seamless execution
  • Manage attendee experience, registration, ticketing, speaker logistics, and event operations
  • Help maintain production timelines, budgets, and project plans across multiple concurrent events
  • Track event performance and contribute to post-event reporting and learnings
  • Support flagship programs such as Pioneer and other strategic company events
  • Help build scalable event processes, documentation, and production playbooks
  • Travel up to 30% to support onsite event execution
  • 3+ years of experience producing live events, conferences, field marketing events, or brand experiences
  • Experience managing event logistics from planning through onsite execution
  • Familiarity with live event production, including AV, staging, run of show, and vendor coordination
  • Experience working with external vendors, venues, and production partners
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with registration, ticketing, and event technology platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for creating exceptional attendee experience
