Responsibilities

→Assist Managers and Outside Sales in obtaining customer satisfaction by performing clerical and administrative duties relating to client communications as well as assist incoming customers with sales.
→Receiving calls and helping walk ins from both commercial and residential customers for quotes and orders as well as inputting into the GUI system.
→Maintain timely and effective paper flow and communication within department and to other departments.
→Setting up deliveries and processing orders through the shipping stage

High School Diploma or equivalent required
College coursework in related field preferred
1-2 years sales experience preferred
Excellent communication skills including proper phone etiquette is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
