This position is responsible for performing janitorial duties in a construction field office as directed by site leadership.

• →Responsible for cleaning the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows, and walls
• →Disinfect commonly used items like, desks, doorhandles, office tools, and phones
• →Empty trash and recycle bins
• →Clean, sanitize, and stocks restrooms
• →Clean, sanitize, and stock office kitchen/ break area
• →Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• →Organize the janitor closet and store all supplies and tools
• →Use common cleaning tools
• →Follow safety rules, and precautions
• →Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions
• →Adhere to company policies and procedures
• →Must be able to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a team
• →Perform other duties as assigned

• Valid driver’s license required
• Minimum 1-year experience working in a janitorial/ housekeeping position preferred
• General knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Must be able to maintain body equilibrium, reach, grasp, bend and walk/stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to hear and see naturally or with correction
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Be subject to atmospheric conditions - one or more of the following conditions that affect the respiratory system or the skin: fumes, odor, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation
• This position requires working in an internal environment on a construction site
