→Assist with the coordination and implementation of the resort's Train-the-Trainer Program.
→Partner with Department Leaders to support consistent on-the-job training practices.
→Assist in identifying and coordinating Departmental Trainers.
→Support the preparation and facilitation of Train-the-Trainer workshops and refresher sessions.
→Assist with organizing and maintaining departmental training materials, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training checklists, job aids, and operational training manuals.
→Participate in departmental training observations and provide feedback to the Director of Training & Engagement.
→Follow-up Department Leaders regarding training progress, outstanding materials, and opportunities for improvement.

Support the coordination and tracking of mandatory and compliance-related training programs.
Assist with scheduling required training sessions and communicating completion requirements.
Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and completion information within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Create training sessions, enroll participants, record attendance, and close completed sessions in accordance with established procedures.

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
1–2 years of experience in training, learning and development, hospitality operations, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
