Responsibilities

→Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in:
- →Industrial Engineering
- →Operations Management
- →Supply Chain Management
- →Business Administration – Operations/Supply Chain
- →Manufacturing Engineering
- →Engineering Technology
- →Business Analytics
- →Project Management or a related field
→Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
→Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
→Interest in continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, operational efficiency, and process optimization.
→Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and develop practical solutions.
→Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
→Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant environment and participate in hands-on improvement projects.
