Established in 2006, the Internation Organization for Migration (IOM) Lebanon has set a strong track record in delivering humanitarian life-saving services to the most vulnerable populations affected by crises, while developing models and partnerships for longer-term recovery and development. The Country Office is implementing activities across Lebanon. 

• Bachelor’s degree Information Management/Technology, Statistics, Social Sciences, Geography, or related fields from an accredited academic institution with four years of relevant professional experience or, High School diploma with six years of relevant professional experience. 
• Experience in Information Management related tasks, including data collection, cleaning, and analysis, and development of Information Management Products,
• Experience in drafting survey questionnaires and reports on humanitarian operations,
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint,
• Advanced experience in the use of Information Management related software and applications such as KoboToolbox, Power BI, and ArcGIS or QGIS,
• Experience in working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, victims of trafficking and other vulnerable groups; and,
• Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organization in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Lebanese migration context, challenges faced by migrants, gaps and responses implemented by UN and NGOs, Community-based initiatives, and interventions.
   

For this consultancy, English Fluency and Native Arabic Speaking is required.

IOM covers Consultants against occupational accidents and illnesses under the Compensation Plan (CP), free of charge, for the duration of the consultancy. IOM does not provide evacuation or medical insurance for reasons related to non-occupational accidents and illnesses. Consultants are responsible for their own medical insurance for non-occupational accident or illness and will be required to provide written proof of such coverage before commencing work.
