Arthur D. Little (ADL) is a global management consulting firm helping leading corporations and organisations connect strategy, technology, and innovation. Founded in 1886 as the world's first management consulting firm, ADL operates in over 35 offices worldwide and continues to shape the future of industries through impactful consulting work.

In today's rapidly evolving environment, organisations must balance competing priorities such as short-term performance and long-term innovation, resilience and efficiency, and collaboration and competition. At ADL, we support our clients in navigating these challenges, with a strong focus on delivering measurable impact.

We are expanding our Performance and Risk & Resilience teams and are currently accepting applications for Business Analyst Internships at our London office. The internship duration is four to six months.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a strong interest in operations, supply chain, procurement, risk, safety and resilience.

As an intern, you will be fully integrated into project teams, taking on responsibilities comparable to those of a junior consultant from day one.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop core consulting skills, work closely with clients, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time Business Analyst role upon completion.

Our selection process is designed to assess your analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, motivation and potential to succeed in consulting.

Shortlisted candidates can expect the following stages:

  • At Arthur D. Little, we embrace the responsible use of AI and recognise its value in supporting research, analysis and everyday consulting work.

However, our recruitment assessments are designed to evaluate your individual capabilities. The use of AI tools during interviews, online assessments, case study exercises or presentations is not permitted unless explicitly authorised. Candidates found using unauthorised AI assistance during these stages will not be considered further.
