Responsibilities

→Strong academic background with significant experience in a Restructuring team at a leading consultancy or Big Four 
→Prior experience in some or all of the following; urgent Restructuring and Turnaround projects, Independent Business Reviews (IBRs), Liquidity analysis, Market assessment, Capital structure analysis, Options review and stakeholder negotiation  
→Well-developed financial analysis skills and advanced experience in reviewing and presenting a range of financial and 3-statement financial models 
→Well developed team management and coaching skills in often urgent situations combined with excellent client communication and influencing skills
→Well networked with a highly respected reputation for project delivery across the Private Equity and Corporate community
→Native or business fluent German & English (C1) is essential. Additional European languages including French and Spanish are advantageous
→Open to working on client site both within Germany and across the EU and internationally
