We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel Compliance to support and further develop our compliance framework in a dynamic international environment. This role combines compliance, contract law, and emerging topics such as EU AI Act compliance.
Responsibilities

Act as contact for compliance-related matters across the organization

Support the implementation of legal and internal compliance requirements, including the EU AI Act

Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks
- →
Advise business stakeholders on compliance, governance, and regulatory matters
- →
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts
- →
Collaborate with IT, Information Security, Procurement, HR, Finance, and external partners
- →
Maintain and continuously improve the Compliance Management System (CMS)
- →
Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness programs
- →
Support whistleblowing processes and internal investigations
University degree in Law or an equivalent legal qualification
