Project Manager

• →Plan and execute TrakCare implementation projects within the country, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
• →Take end-to-end responsibility for the project lifecycle, from day‑to‑day execution management to securing the necessary resources, ensuring effective team coordination so that the deployment is delivered according to contractual commitments and agreed deadlines.
• →Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the entire project lifecycle, following InterSystems’ customer engagement methodology.
• →Monitor customer and third‑party obligations, managing escalations related to any agreed project changes.
• →Be available for assignments requiring regular travel to customer sites (70–80% of the time).

• Experience managing implementation projects for integrated healthcare solutions in a customer‑facing role, gained within public or private healthcare organizations.
• Experience overseeing the full project lifecycle, from kick‑off to execution, go‑live, and closure.
• Direct knowledge of the healthcare sector and 3+ years of experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
• Experience in resource management and in monitoring timelines and budgets.
• Proven ability to lead diverse and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills at all levels of an organization.
• Experience managing contracts, including those involving third parties.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Management Engineering).

• Exposure to software development processes.
• PMP certification.
