interworks.cloud is a value-added cloud services distributor, helping partners across Southeast Europe (Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Bulgaria and the wider Balkans) and beyond to build, sell and manage cloud solutions at scale. We work closely with MSPs, resellers and IT service providers and collaborate with leading technology vendors across cloud, cybersecurity and SaaS.
As part of Climb Global Solutions (NASDAQ: CLMB), we combine local market expertise with the backing and scale of a publicly listed global group—enabling us to invest further in people, systems and go-to-market execution across our region.
As we continue to grow, we are expanding our marketing execution capacity to scale vendor and partner co-marketing programs across multiple markets. We are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and help us develop and execute channel marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue in SE Europe. You will work closely with our channel partners and internal teams to identify opportunities, create marketing collateral, and implement campaigns that drive demand and partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel marketing plans in collaboration with our channel partners to increase revenue and market share.
- Develop and implement lead generation and nurturing campaigns that drive demand and pipeline growth.
- Work with our internal teams (Sales, Product, Partner Success, and Marketing) to ensure alignment on messaging and brand position as well as to maximize the impact of channel marketing initiatives.
- Create and deliver compelling white-label marketing collateral, including product sheets, case studies, and presentations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform channel marketing strategy and tactics.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing campaigns, using data to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our channel partners to ensure alignment and mutual success.
- Conduct regular contacts and customer face-to-face visits to understand customer marketing requirements, establish long-term partnerships, and refine marketing plans.
- Prepare quarterly business review reports and presentations to Management.
- Working closely with Vendors and fully managing co-op funding to the channel with joint GTM campaigns.
- Assist in the execution of large-scale exhibitions and events in SE Europe.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- 3+ years of experience in channel marketing, preferably in the technology space.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel marketing programs that drive revenue and growth.
- Proven experience in preparing, executing, and monitoring marketing budgets.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in collaborating with third-party agencies to prepare paid advertising campaigns, creatives, events, and publications.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (i.e., MailChimp, HubSpot, Act-on)
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools, Jira, Confluence, and Power BI will be considered a plus.
- Fluent in English and Greek.
