→Assist the Preconstruction Team with organizing bid invitations, drawing sets, and project documentation.
→Support the solicitation and qualification of subcontractors and vendors.
→Help prepare and distribute bid packages, track responses, and compile comparison spreadsheets.
→Review plans and specifications to assist in quantity takeoffs and cost estimating.
→Coordinate preconstruction meetings and document meeting notes for team distribution.
→Assist in assembling budgets, schedules, and proposals for upcoming projects.
→Maintain accurate records of bids, proposals, and contract documentation.
→Participate in learning opportunities across departments to gain a full understanding of the development process from concept through construction.

Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in multi-family and mixed-use development projects.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with Bluebeam or Procore is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn the technical and financial aspects of construction.
Availability to work up to 20 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours per week during the summer.
