Project Manager/Product Owner

The role is about

• Managing the technical delivery of an established marketplace project that is live in several EU countries.
• Maintaining business requirements together with the product manager from the client side.

Requirements

• Should understand and feel what it implies by reading the expectations above;
• Good command of English (a must) both written and spoken;
• Proven experience as Project Manager, Product Owner or similar role of 3+ years (the experience of combiding the both roles is an advantage);
• Scrum framework knowledge and practical applicability in Software Development Life Cycle;
• Experience with backlog administration practices and maintenance in JIRA;
• Documenting in Confluence (cloud version);
• Strong technical background is really appreciated to understand and assist the team with their work;
• Expertise in presenting requirements in different forms like process diagrams, rules, decision making tables, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Ability to maintaining a simple, yet clear project roadmap, with milestones, deliverables and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Acting in requirements elicitation and articulation, estimations, execution and control of the delivery in close collaboration and cooperation with high demanding business stakeholders;
• Discover and elicit the requirements for the scope by eliciting and describing the business, system, and user requirements; reviewing/producing specifications to implement changes;
• Communicating, translating, and simplifying business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders;
• Controlling project execution and forecasted estimates commited to by the team;
• Preparing the analysis documents/artifacts;
• Assessing change proposals and defining solutions to help the customer achieve its goals;
• Convert the requirements into doable and sprint-able stories and tasks in Jira and Confluence;
• Working with the development team to ensure that they understand the specifications;
• Groom and refine requirements with the development team in order to estimate and to forecast delivery timeline;
• Supporting backlog management activities together with the project manager;
• Guide and support team on the line of delivery in order to provide timely support of information feedback;
• Engage all stakeholders to contribute to the successful delivery;
• Following scrum guidelines on values, artifacts, ritual.
• Leading the daily work of the development team.
• Maintaining a project roadmap, deliverables and milestones.
