• →Assist in the development and maintenance of business continuity and crisis management documentation, including playbooks and recovery plans.
• →Support the coordination and execution of tabletop exercises and scenario-based testing.
• →Help conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops and Important Business Services mapping.
• →Participate in data collection and reporting activities for resilience programs.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and support mitigation strategies.
• →Contribute to the creation of presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.
• →Maintain SharePoint sites and assist with document organization and version control.
• →Provide administrative support for meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

• 3 to 5 Years of relevant experience in Business Continuity & Operational resilience.
• A Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams); familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in business continuity, or operational resilience.

• Comfortable working with diverse teams across regions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Professional demeanour and willingness to engage with senior stakeholders.
