Support asset management activities for Invesco Real Estate in Korea, ensuring strong investment performance and timely delivery of development projects within budget and approved specifications. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive asset enhancement, sustainability, and process improvements.

• →Manage asset performance initiatives (leasing, valuation, development).
• →Assist in partner and advisor relationship management.
• →Support debt financing, reporting, and refinancing processes.
• →Support to prepare annual business plans, budgets, and leasing strategies.
• →Update investment models and cash flow forecasts quarterly.
• →Conduct financial analyses and performance reporting.
• →Assist in internal valuations and review external reports.
• →Support acquisition due diligence and asset-level transactions.
• →Coordinate development and asset enhancement projects.

• Minimum 1-year experience in Korea’s real estate industry.
• Exposure to development and asset enhancement projects.
• Familiarity with asset management of income-producing and development assets.
• Basic financial modeling and valuation skills (Excel, Argus, Estate Master).
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills in Korean and English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure;
