The Global Product Business Manager supports the operational effectiveness of the Global Product organization by coordinating strategic initiatives, governance activities, project management, management reporting, communications, technology enablement, and business operations. Working closely with the Global Head of Business Administration and Product Leadership Team, the role serves as a central coordination point across Product, Investments, Distribution, Technology, Finance, Risk, and Operations to help drive execution, transparency, and organizational effectiveness across the global Product platform.

Responsibilities

3–7 years of relevant experience in business management, product management, strategy, project management, operations, consulting, finance, or a related function within financial services or asset management.

Understanding of the asset management industry, investment products, product development, and governance processes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
→
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and business materials.
→
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
→
Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across Product, Investments, Distribution, Technology, Finance, Risk, Operations, and other functional teams.

Experience developing management reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Power BI, data visualization tools, or project management platforms is a plus.

Interest in technology, data, automation, and AI-enabled business processes.
→
Proactive, self-motivated individual with a continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail.

The total compensation offered for this position, which includes salary and incentive pay, will vary based on skills, experience and location. The salary range for this position in Downer's Grove is $115,000 to $155,000 annually.
