As a Fixed Income ETF Strategist, you will support ETF product development, positioning, and commercialization across APAC. Working cross-functionally with Product Development, Marketing, and Distribution teams, you will help execute go-to-market strategies, deliver compelling product narratives, and provide market and competitive insights to support the growth of Invesco's ETF business.

  8+ years of relevant experience in fixed income research, portfolio management, trading, product structuring, specialist fixed income sales, or ETF product management.

• →

  Strong ETF and/or index product expertise with a solid understanding of ETF market dynamics, product structures, commercialization strategies, and regulatory frameworks across APAC.

  Proven ability to analyze, position, and commercialize fixed income and ETF investment solutions for diverse client segments.

• →

  Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, including index methodologies, performance attribution, portfolio analytics, statistical analysis, and the interpretation of large datasets.

  Advanced proficiency in analytical and technology tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, VBA, Power BI, Bloomberg, FactSet, Morningstar Direct, and related analytics platforms.

  Experience developing product positioning, thought leadership, and client-facing content, with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into compelling and actionable insights.

  Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting product commercialization, go-to-market initiatives, competitive analysis, and ETF growth strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to present complex investment concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Commercially minded, client-focused, and collaborative, with the ability to build strong partnerships across Product, Portfolio Management, Distribution, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance.

• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable, with a proven ability to convert data-driven insights into business opportunities and client solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or another quantitatively rigorous discipline. CFA designation or progress toward CFA qualification is preferred.

• HK SFC Type 1 License or equivalent

• Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment.
