Job Summary:

The Fund Administrators are responsible for leading the review of financial statements for mutual funds and ETFs including U.S. and Canada Domiciles.

This role involves complex data analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial reporting templates and documentation.
• Involve in the review of financial statements, including Statement of Assets and Liabilities, Statement of Operations, Statement of Changes in Net assets and Statement of Cash Flows.
• Conduct financial data analysis and ensure completeness and accuracy of Financial Statements including Notes to Financial Statements.
• Preparation and review regulatory filings (SEDAR+) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay current with changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance  and related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good Knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
