Manager, Business Systems Analysis

At Spectrum, you will manage a group of experts who analyze, design and implement cost-effective solutions that meet user needs, while ensuring alignment with Spectrum’s strategic vision. Your leadership will drive the development and evolution of systems that empower business groups to make impactful decisions.

This position is in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.

• Application Management: Administer and configure core recovery platforms including Latitude (debt collection software) and RingCentral (inventory and vendor management).
• Telephony & Dialer Optimization: Manage cloud contact center and communications infrastructure, specifically configuring campaigns and workflows in LiveVox and RingCentral.
• System Integrations: Oversee data pipelines, file transfers (placements, media, recalls), and API connections between the collection platforms and external vendors or debt buyers.
• Vendor & IT Liaison: Act as the primary technical point of contact between operations, internal IT teams, and software vendors to troubleshoot system bugs and deploy updates.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years business systems or IT-related experience

• 2+ years management or leadership experience

• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to analyze and interpret data quickly to identify business problems or opportunities
• Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing with all levels of management
• Demonstrated leadership qualities
• Expert knowledge of business and systems
• Ability to effectively present information to management
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure
• Initiative and sound judgment in accomplishing job duties
