We are looking for a Senior Program Manager, Talent & Workforce Strategy to join our People Team. As a Senior Program Manager, Talent & Workforce Strategy, you’ll be part of a cross-functional team whose mission is to lead IonQ on its journey to build the world’s best quantum computers to solve the world’s most complex problems. We're also building the People Team to match. We're at an inflection point. Multiple acquisitions, rapid global growth, and a clear mandate to create one consistent, world class employee experience across all of IonQ.
This role sits at the center of that work. You're our program architect for talent and workforce strategy. The person who takes ambiguity and turns it into frameworks, playbooks, and programs the whole company runs on. You won't inherit a finished playbook. You'll write it.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →7+ years of experience in talent management, learning and development, organizational development, people programs, compliance training, or workforce strategy, with a clear track record of building scalable programs from scratch.
- →Strong systems thinker who can turn complex, ambiguous problems into clean frameworks, processes, and tools that scale across a global company.
- →Strong program manager who can move work from strategy to execution by managing stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, risks, communications, and adoption.
- →Exceptional writer and communicator who can make complicated ideas simple and build resources people actually want to use.
- →Comfortable operating without a perfect playbook, across competing priorities, and with cross functional stakeholders you need to influence without formal authority.
- →Business first mindset. You see the business as your customer, and everything you build should help the company move faster, raise the talent bar, and create a more consistent employee experience.
Requirements
