Client Reporting Junior Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Client Reporting Data Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of reports, supporting client requests, validating data quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional service.

• →Generate and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports for clients while ensuring accuracy and quality.
• →Review and validate data according to established quality standards and verification processes.
• →Analyze client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• →Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, reporting issues, and client inquiries.
• →Support client-facing meetings by preparing reporting deliverables and insights.
• →Assist with invoice tracking, payment processing, contract administration, and budget-related activities when required.
• →Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.
• →Maintain accurate documentation and records within internal systems.
• →Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to support business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in reporting, data analysis, customer support, operations, finance, or related functions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working with large datasets and performing data validation activities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced English communication skills.

• Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or clinical research industry.
• Experience supporting budgets, invoices, payments, contracts, or financial operations.
• Experience in client-facing roles or stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with data reporting tools and business analytics processes.
