Clinical Trial Assistant with experience

IQVIA is looking to hire a motivated Clinical Trial Assistant, Single Sponsor Dedicated, Hungary

For this role, we are looking for a candidate with a career background as a Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator (CTC), Site Activation Coordinator (SAC), In-house Clinical Research Associate (IH CRA), or Clinical Research Associate (CRA).

Key responsibilities include supporting study start-up activities and administrative tasks, working closely with CRAs and the assigned CTC, and assisting with the preparation of regulatory submission packages. Knowledge of EU CTR would be an advantage.

• Assist CRAs and the Regulatory and Start-Up (RSU) team with accurately updating and maintaining clinical documents and systems.
• Assist the clinical team with the preparation, handling, distribution, filing, and archiving of clinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with the periodic review of study files for completeness.
• Assist CRAs and the RSU team with the preparation, handling, and distribution of Clinical Trial Supplies and the maintenance of tracking information. Coordinate the tracking and management of Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries, and clinical data flow.
• Act as a central point of contact for the clinical team regarding designated project communications, correspondence, and associated documentation.
• Collaborate with the clinical team, as needed, on the preparation, handling, distribution, filing, and archiving of clinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures.

• High school diploma or university degree.
• At least 1 year of experience as a CTC, SAC, IH CRA, or CRA.
• Knowledge of EU CTR preferred.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in Hungarian and English.
• This CTA role follows a hybrid working model. In addition to the flexibility of working from home, regular office attendance is required. The office is located in Budapest, Hungary.
