We are looking for an experienced Primary Market Research to support the design and delivery of qualitative and quantitative research projects within the healthcare and life sciences industry. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business questions into robust research approaches, generate actionable insights, and deliver high-quality recommendations.
- Support the design and execution of primary market research projects and workstreams.
- Translate client requirements and business questions into effective research approaches.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to generate actionable insights.
- Develop discussion guides, questionnaires, analysis plans, and other research materials.
- Review and interpret data, identifying key findings and implications for clients.
- Prepare high-quality, client-ready reports and presentations.
- Participate in client meetings and support the presentation of study findings.
- Proactively identify project risks and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Support project management activities, including timeline tracking and coordination with internal teams and vendors.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Support proposal development, including research design and costing inputs.
- Identify potential opportunities for follow-on work within existing client accounts.
- Demonstrate curiosity toward innovation and AI-enabled research solutions.
- Continuously build expertise in primary market research methodologies, therapeutic areas, and healthcare industry trends.
- Participate in internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Contribute to developing regional healthcare and market research expertise.
Requirements
~2 min read- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is an advantage.
- 4+ years of experience in primary market research, healthcare consulting, life sciences, or a related field.
- Experience supporting both qualitative and quantitative research projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of primary market research methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Basic project management and client interaction experience.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills using PowerPoint and data visualization tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
- Demonstrates ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
