Mass Market Team Leader – Botswana

• →Lead, coach, and motivate a Mass Market sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• →Drive execution of sales strategies across key retail and wholesale channels.
• →Ensure strong in‑market visibility and availability of all product ranges.
• →Deliver accurate and timely management reports.
• →Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions where needed.
• →Maintain strong customer relationships and support Key Account Management activities.
• →Ensure effective use and maintenance of CRM systems for reporting, tracking, and territory management.

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar Team Leader or Sales Management role within FMCG or Mass Market sectors.
• Experience working in a multinational organisation is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of the Botswana FMCG and Mass Market landscape.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering commercial results.
• Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle, with willingness to travel across regions as required.
