Psychometric Properties Data Integrity Analyst

  Identify and review publications containing psychometric evidence related to Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs).

• →

  Extract and enter psychometric data into the COAA platform following established work instructions.

• →

  Create, update, and maintain psychometric properties records.

• →

  Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability.

• →

  Support ongoing maintenance activities for client subscriptions and internal initiatives.

• →

  Collaborate with COAA content teams and subject matter experts to resolve data issues and improve data quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Life Sciences, Public Health, Health Outcomes Research, or a related field.

• Experience reviewing scientific literature and working with structured data.

• English fluency (this role is part of a global team)

• Knowledge of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs), psychometrics, or outcomes research is mandatory.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent data quality and ability to interpret scientific publications.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data management tools.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
