Job Overview
This senior client-facing role drives consulting and market research initiatives that enhance organizational performance and inform executive decision-making. It involves leading the development and execution of complex research programs, integrating diverse data sources to deliver actionable insights using advanced analytical and behavioral science frameworks. Professionals at this level shape methodologies, improve processes, and collaborate with executive leadership to implement innovative solutions across clinical, public health, medical affairs, and commercial domains. Employees aligned to this role have sell and deliver responsibilities, with a primary focus on selling.

Essential Functions

1.Manage projects end-to-end independently from new leads developing, project bidding, project execution and management, to client relationship management (including trouble-shooting, analysis and delivery of actionable outputs).
2.Manage and lead a team, supervise the quality of their work deliverables and provides supports in their day-to-day work.
3.Serve as a mentor to associates, provides timely guidance and advice as well as on-going support to their career growth.
4.Develops solid client relationships with existing clients while developing new business connections.
5.Establish yourself as a trusted consultant, ability to provide fresh perspectives, clear POV and critical thinking in solving client’s business challenges，ability to bring knowledge, creativity and initiatives to elevate our business approach and solution.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree or above.
2.Minimum of 15 years' experience in consulting or MR of big health or healthcare, recognized by major clients.
3.Strategic thinker with a strong business sense.
4.Sound efficiency on project management.
5.Proven ability to manage multiple projects, identify priorities and meet deadlines.
6.Enthusiastic and willing to go an extra mile to deliver top quality work.
7.Strong collaborative spirit and can-do attitude.
8.Proficient in Mandarin and English (in both verbal and written).
