We’re looking for an experienced Front of House Restaurant Manager who truly loves the dining room — someone who understands full-service hospitality at a high level but still believes warmth, humor, and heart are just as important as polish and precision. You believe that the extra effort is rarely extra to the guest — and that the smallest moments are often the most memorable.

What You’ll Do

• Set the tone for a warm, welcoming dining room every service
• Lead and support a front-of-house team that actually enjoys working together
• Build meaningful relationships with guests, regulars, and the occasional wine nerd
• Maintain strong service standards while always looking for ways to surprise and delight
• Partner with leadership to grow a culture rooted in care, trust, and pride

A Day in the Life:
Every day at Iron Bridge Wine Co. is an adventure. You might find yourself:

• Managing lunch and/or dinner service
• Leading our front of house training program
• Handling employee schedules and keeping everyone happy
• Tackling a variety of tasks from menu printing to problem-solving
• Celebrating our victories at the end of the day

What We Offer:

• Full-time position with approximately 50 hours per week
• Twelve-week initial trial period to ensure mutual fit
