Responsibilities

  • →Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
  • →Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • →Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • →Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • →Support the finance team with invoicing and tracking expenses.
  • →Coordinate office activities, including events and team-building initiatives.
  • →Maintain a clean and organized office environment to promote productivity.
  • →Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Requirements
