Lead Generation Specialist

No Experience Required – We Will Train the Right Person

Are you outgoing, energetic, and comfortable talking to people?

We're looking for motivated individuals to walk neighborhoods, meet homeowners, and schedule appointments for our sales team. You are NOT responsible for closing sales. Your job is simply to start conversations and set appointments.

If you have a positive attitude, are coachable, and willing to work hard, we'll teach you everything you need to know.

What You'll Do

• Walk residential neighborhoods
• Talk with homeowners face-to-face
• Introduce our services
• Schedule free in-home consultations
• Work independently while representing a local family-owned company

What We're Looking For

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable talking with new people
• Willingness to learn and follow a proven process

What We DON'T Require

• Sales experience
• Door-to-door experience
• Construction or home improvement experience
• A college degree

Pay

This is a performance-based position, not an hourly position.

Team members are compensated for:

• Doors knocked
• Appointments set
• Sales generated from their appointments

Successful canvassers typically earn the equivalent of $18–$30+ per hour, with top performers earning significantly more.
