Responsibilities

→ Oversee daily accounting and financial operations.
→ Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
→ Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
→ Ensure accuracy of financial records and transactions.
→ Develop and monitor budgets and cash flow.
→ Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls.
→ Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
→ Coordinate with external auditors and other financial stakeholders.
→ Analyze financial performance and highlight risks and opportunities.
→ Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
→ Lead and develop the finance/accounting team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
7+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably with experience in a controlling role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Excellent knowledge of ERP/accounting systems and Excel.
Strong understanding of internal controls and financial processes.
Experience with audits, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
Experience in the EdTech, technology, or high-growth environment is a plus.
