• →Support the development and implementation of comprehensive SOPs and training programs focused on luxury service standards, empowering staff to excel.
• →Promote a positive work environment that encourages open communication and team engagement.
• →Help deliver exceptional, personalized dining experiences that exceed guest expectations through attentive and intuitive service.
• →Assist in creating and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, promptly addressing feedback and resolving issues.
