• →Responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of all cash, chip, token, markers and onboard account transactions.
• →Responsible for providing outstanding customer service
• →Responsible for banking assigned area accurately and swiftly demonstrating a high level of organization and tidiness.
• →Responsible for the accurate and prompt performance on revenue counts
• →Responsiblie in assisting in providing knowledge and guidance on Casino services, products and activities.
• →Be familiar with all cruise services/features and activations to respond to Sailor inquiries accurately.
• →Extend courteous salutations when guests leave outlet and invite them to return.
• →Ensures that the set standards are kept and staff members work according to their respective job descriptions.
• →Adheres to all health, safety, security and environmental policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• →Minimum 21 years old.
• →Minimum 2 years' experience as a Cashier preferably in a Casino onboard a Cruise ship
  
• →Passionate about people and able to handle guest complaints with a smile
  
• →Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
• →Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with guests, department heads and shipboard crew members to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
