Responsibilities

→Perform daily cleaning and servicing of guest cabins, including turndown service and embarkation setup.
→Deliver professional and courteous service in accordance with company standards.
→Restock cabin amenities as required.
→Maintain cleanliness of public areas as instructed by the supervisor.
→Ensure proper storage and organization of linen, uniforms, supplies, and equipment.
→Maintain knowledge of daily programs and guest itineraries.
→Perform daily laundry duties, including washing and ironing according to instructions.
→Handle guest and crew laundry following company standards.
→Welcome and greet guests professionally during embarkation days.
→Support special events with additional housekeeping duties as required.
→Report guest complaints promptly to the supervisor.
→Notify the supervisor of any breakage or damage of equipment.
→Maintain cleanliness in both front and back-of-house areas according to sanitary regulations.
→Ensure correct handling of all equipment, machinery, and chemicals.
