• →Age 18+ from EU and also all nationalities we work with
• →Professional experience in Guest Service sphere
• →Ship experience preferred
• →No visible tattoos = no aggressive tattoos.
• →For non-EU candidates, a German Visa D will be required.
• →Safety certificates and US Visa are NOT needed.
• →Knowledge of English language (B2 level)
• →Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, ordering, and inventory control.
• →Able to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• →Comfortable working in multicultural environments.
• →Highly organized, disciplined, and dependable.
• →Strong problem-solving and complaint management skills.
  
• →Very good IT knowledge, especially in MS office
