→Properly manage and recycle food leftovers in compliance with food safety regulations.
→Clean and polish chinaware and maintain general cleanliness of the work area.
→Notify the supervisor of any equipment or machinery breakage or damage.
→Maintain cleanliness in front and back of house areas according to HACCP and safety standards.
