Responsibilities

→Deliver professional, courteous, and attentive service at designated workstations in accordance with company standards.
→Daily greeting guests, taking orders, serving meals and drinks, recommending menu items.
→Maintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings to provide accurate guidance and recommendations to guests.
→Serve food and beverages following established company procedures, ensuring quality and consistency.
→Report guest complaints promptly to supervisors and assist in resolving issues efficiently.
→Assist with inventories and collaborate with other ship departments to ensure a smooth dining experience for passengers.
→Notify supervisors of any equipment or machinery damage and maintain accurate records.
→Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas, in compliance with HACCP regulations.
→Ensure proper and safe handling of all equipment and machinery.
