    • Develop, review, and maintain Method of Procedure (MOP) documents and back‑out plans

    • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and network operations centres

    • Maintain real‑time situational awareness during live outage execution

    • Ensure all works meet stringent safety, permit, and compliance requirements

    • Uphold Zero Harm principles across all work packages

Our Benefits:

  • Competitive salary packaging

  • Positive company culture

Minimum Criteria:

    • Strong understanding of change management processes

    • High‑risk work coordination experience (SWMS, PTW, confined space, energised work)

    • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

    • Ability to manage multiple concurrent work packages under pressure

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong commitment to safety and Zero Harm principles

  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse technical and operational teams

  • High attention to detail and strong documentation capability

  • Confidence managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment

  • Willingness to travel interstate as required
