As an Assistant Village Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. You’ll manage client relationships on-site, lead a high-performing team, and uphold contract compliance while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Oversee daily village operations with a focus on efficiency and quality
• Lead, motivate, and support a team to deliver outstanding hospitality services
• Build and maintain strong site-level client relationships
• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure full compliance with SOPs
• Manage resourcing, rosters, and cost controls to optimise performance
• Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and improve service delivery
• Foster team development, cross-skilling, and performance excellence
• Recognise and reward top performers to build engagement and morale

• Proven excellent experience in managing mining camp/village operations or a strong hospitality management background (Highly Desirable) 
• Inspirational leadership with a track record of motivating and managing teams of 50+ staff
• Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
• Must have a valid police check issued within the last 3 months or be willing to obtain one.
• Must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical and DAS
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to site on a FIFO roster
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or willing to obtain
• Senior First Aid or willing to obtain
• RMLV – Responsible Management of Licensed Venue
• Strong customer service focus with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Solid understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards with a commitment to building a strong safety culture
• Solutions-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs
• Highly organised, outcome-driven, and focused on meeting deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage internal teams and external stakeholders
• Strong relationship management skills to foster client trust and satisfaction
• Clear, confident communicator – verbal, written, and in presentations
