The division leads strategy implementation and business change through analysis, disciplined project execution, and quality management to help achieve corporate goals.

In this role, you will initially focus on leading AI projects. This includes working closely with business divisions to identify, shape, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and impact across the ESM and drive the adoption of AI solutions and new ways of working. This role sits at the intersection of project delivery and innovation, offering a unique opportunity to shape how AI transforms an international financial institution.

OPPORTUNITIES OFFERED BY THIS POSITION

  • Opportunity to develop expertise in AI and innovation within an International Financial Institution offering a truly international and dynamic environment.

  • Continuous learning culture (AI, project management, change management).

  • Working closely with business units, IT teams, and governance bodies, in a human-sized institution, where your contributions are visible and valued.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Project management:

  • Define business needs, scope, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.

  • Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and alignment with organisational objectives.

  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

  • Provide clear and structured status reporting to governing bodies (Project Management Office, project steering committee, and Corporate Project Committee).

  • Contribute to the evolution of BSPM methodologies, tools, and best practices.

  • Support knowledge sharing and capability building across the organisation.

Artificial intelligence area:

  • Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritise AI opportunities that improve productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency.

  • Translate business needs into practical AI use cases, working closely with business divisions and technical teams.

  • Lead and/or support the delivery of AI-related projects and initiatives.

  • Managing dependencies on data availability and quality.

  • Support the adoption of new AI tools and processes by coordinating with stakeholders and contributing to change management initiatives.

  • Ensure that project outcomes are effectively embedded into business operations.

KEY BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

  • Advanced university degree in IT, business, engineering, science, or finance.

  • Initial professional experience (typically one to three years) in project management, consulting, or a related area within financial services or in consulting firms, with knowledge of traditional and/or Lean-Agile project management methodologies.

  • Proven experience in delivering projects through the full life cycle.

  • Proven experience in supporting different stakeholders and cross-functional teams and engaging with third parties.

  • Strong interest in AI and exposure to its application in business contexts, including AI tools, use cases, or data-driven solutions.

  • Proficient skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis), Word, and Copilot.

  • Excellent command of English, both written and oral.

  • The following are considered a plus:

    • Experience as ScrumMaster or Product Owner.

    • Project management certifications (e.g. PMI, PM2, Prince2, SCRUM, SAFe).

    • Change management certifications (e.g. PROSCI, CLCA).

    • Experience in project portfolio management and/or project management office.

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Proactive and service-oriented mindset.

  • Critical-thinking, analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Champion for change and continually looks out for team and self-improvement opportunities.

  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable.
