Job Title: Work Study Student – West Village Community Drop-In
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →PLAY with children. Care for them. Be patient, and guide them during the day.
- →Support supervision of children ages 18 months to 5 years in a play-based, drop-in setting
- →Assist in setting up and cleaning up daily activities, materials, and space
- →Engage children in age-appropriate activities such as reading, art, sensory play, and outdoor play
- →Welcome families and help create a warm, inclusive environment
- →Work collaboratively with staff and volunteers to ensure children's safety and well-being
- →Follow all safety, health, and program guidelines
- →Assist in creating a weekly menu
- →Setting the table
- →Assist in preparing and serving breakfast
- →Assist in preparing and serving lunch
- →Kitchen cleanup
- →Follow all program food safety, sanitation, health, and allergy guidelines
Requirements
