•  Naturally builds relationships and enjoys talking with and educating people

•  Wants to know why a client is receiving a service, not simply how to administer it

•  Finds purpose in helping clients work toward meaningful health and wellness goals

•  Takes initiative and looks for ways to contribute without waiting to be told what to do

•  Values accountability, teamwork, professional growth, and client relationships

•  Wants the opportunity to develop into a future clinic leader. 


Who this role is not for:

•  Someone who wants responsibility to begin and end with starting an IV

•  Views client treatment time as personal downtime

•  Prefers to disengage after the clinical task has been completed

•  Is uncomfortable initiating conversations or educating clients

•  Has little interest in learning about wellness, nutrients, services, or the purpose behind client  protocols

•  Prefers a task-based clinical environment over a relationship-based client experience

•  Is not interested in accountability, continued learning, or professional growth
