We are hiring an Assistant Clinic Director (RN) to support the management and daily operations of our clinic, while delivering high-quality intravenous vitamin infusion services and a relationship-based client experience focused on helping clients achieve their individual health and wellness goals.

This role combines clinical expertise, leadership, client relationship management, wellness education, and business performance. You will assist in overseeing staff, ensuring excellent client care, building trusted long-term client relationships, supporting continuity of care, driving client retention, maintaining compliance standards, and contributing to overall clinic performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who is energized by helping people make progress toward their wellness goals, developing high-performing teams, and building a clinic where education, accountability, consistency, and relationships drive both client outcomes and sustainable business growth.
