Regional Maintenance Specialist - Denver, Colorado

Ideal candidate will reside in the Denver market.

Pay Range- $75,000- $85,000

The Regional Maintenance Specialist will support our senior living communities throughout Southern California. Up to 95% Travel Required. Travel to assigned Communities based on need and priority. Travel assignments may be for extended periods of time and may frequently change; flexibility and availability are required.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Prefer minimum two (2) years’ experience in residential maintenance and/or housekeeping handling the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of electrical, plumbing and structural matters.
• Knowledge of building construction, budgeting, expense management preventative maintenance software, and basic computer skills.
• Prefer at least one (1) year experience supervising and managing employees.
