Pediatric ABA Clinic Director & Investing Partner (BCBA license required)

As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner, you’ll help shape a new clinic from the ground up—from the community and location to the team, culture, and patient experience. You’ll bring the clinical vision and local relationships. Ivy Health will bring the infrastructure, expertise, and support needed to turn that vision into a sustainable clinic. 

Lemont, IL - Please note: this clinic does not exist yet and would be considered a start-up clinic. 

• Salary and benefits during the approved pre-opening period.  

• De novo business and leadership training.  

• Site selection, lease, design, and build-out support.  

• Recruiting and onboarding support for the clinic team.  

• Marketing, referral development, and community-launch support.  

• Operational, financial, technology, payer, and revenue-cycle infrastructure.  

• Coaching from leaders and partners who’ve opened clinics before.  

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.  

• Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.  

• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.  

• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.  

• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.  

• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.

• Current or pending BCBA license or certification required as there is a treating element to this role.
