Maintenance Custodian

1.     Performs housekeeping duties including cleaning, trash removal, etc., throughout assigned areas.

2.     Cleans, waxes, and maintains floors throughout assigned areas.

3.     Maintains cleanliness of restrooms.

4.     Maintains cleanliness of parking lots, sidewalks, and grounds using available equipment.

5.     Performs snow removal when required.

6.     Provides general service in response to select work requests.

7.     Performs other duties as assigned consistent with commonly accepted practices. 

8.     Assists in event set-up and tear-down when necessary.

• High School diploma or its equivalent (GED)
• Requires general knowledge of housekeeping methods
• Requires general knowledge of building and grounds maintenance procedures
• Proven experience, punctuality, dependability and trustworthiness
